Hello

I grew up in Colorado — surrounded by mountains and completely WILD ideas. I took my first woodworking class in middle school, and that’s all it took. I was hooked. The smell of sawdust, the sound of a saw biting through pine — it was chaos and focus all at once.

Since then, I’ve taught myself everything the hard way. Mistakes? Tons. Cuts and bruises? More than I can count. But man, it’s been a hell of a ride. Every build, every mess-up, every “what the heck was I thinking?” moment taught me something.

​

In college, I bought a busted Chevy Astro van, gutted it, and rebuilt it from scratch with my roommate. We turned it into a full-blown camper van — my first big project, and still one of my proudest. After that, I knew building was in my DNA.

​

But like a lot of people, I got sucked into the shiny trap of corporate America. I studied medicine, earned my EMT license, moved to San Diego, and somehow ended up behind a desk. Since COVID, I’ve been laid off three times. Three. And every time, it just made one thing clearer — I was done helping other people build their dream while mine sat in the corner collecting dust.

So here I am. Back where I belong — designing, building, + creating. I’ve been making furniture and decor for years — for my house, for friends, for family — and now I’m turning that passion into my full-time thing.
